TORNADO RELIEF EFFORTS
On April 15, 2018, an F2 tornado rolled through Greensboro destroying schools and taking the roofs off homes. Hundreds of Greensboro residents homes were destroyed and many left without electricity, shelter, diapers and food. EMS came to the rescue and coordinated relief efforts with News 2 and other community organizations to provide basic necessities, showers, and foods to those in need.
